What we look for
- Taste, and the judgement to know when good is enough.
- Range: design sense and engineering depth in the same person.
- Ownership from first sketch to store and after.
- Plain communication, written by default.
How hiring works
No whiteboard trivia. A conversation, a look at real work you have shipped, and a short paid collaboration on something close to the actual job.
